We have been conducting research for over eighteen years. We challenge the status quo and seek better ways of doing things. We are experts in world-class qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, and have trained more than three hundred people world-wide in the customer and market research practices we adopt and hone. Ethnography

Deep immersion the customer environment: A prolonged time is spent in customer environment, observing, documenting, engaging, realizing and understanding their world.

Contextual Interviewing

One-to-one interviews with your customers: Open-ended interviewing that allows the customer to express themselves and allows you to gain a deeper insight into their day-to-day, their perceptions, opinions and unmet needs.

Customer Profiling

Each customer is profiled: For each customer we chart the tasks they are doing, what outcome they desire and how they currently achieve this. We map their perception, attitude and behaviour.

Simulations

Simulating the customer environment with changes to test concepts: Concepts and prototypes are tested real-time with the intended user in the intended environment.

Data Analysis and Validation

Multi-method data analysis: Various techniques are used to translate the data gathered into deep customer insight. Preferably data analysis is conducted with you, the client, an expert in your field. Workshops with your team are recommended. We also like to validate the outcomes with the customer via additional qualitative/quantitive research: Focus Groups; Prototype Simulations; Surveys, etc.
